EXPERIENCE:

Ms. Shadley is President of Alliance Environmental Group, a Woman-Owned Business.  Ms. Shadley has project management expertise in asbestos, lead and indoor air quality.  She is also well versed in groundwater sampling and data collection.  Ms. Shadley is licensed asbestos inspector, management planner, project designer and asbestos abatement supervisor.  Additionally, she is a licensed lead inspector and risk assessor.  Ms. Shadley has completed over 50 projects related to asbestos and lead paint, as well as multiple projects related to indoor air quality.

In addition to her technical duties with Alliance, Sandy is responsible for accounting, administrative and business development functions at Alliance and serves as Alliance’s Chief Financial Officer.  She is also an experienced financial systems analyst, with experience in small and large businesses, including environmental consulting, property development, transportation, and life insurance.   She is experienced in multiple accounting systems, system conversions, system upgrades, and financial reporting.

From 2002 to 2004 Ms. Shadley was business manager for Alliance Environmental (the predecessor to Alliance Environmental Group) and its sister company, Trinity Industrial Services, a trucking company.  Prior to joining Alliance, Ms. Shadley was Vice President, Finance and Controller of Sagamore Environmental Services.  Ms. Shadley also was Manager of Information Systems at Mansur Group, a property development company.  While at Mansur, Ms. Shadley successfully planned and implemented conversion of the accounting system from a remote mainframe to an in-house AS-400 based system.  Previously, Ms. Shadley was a financial systems analyst at Melvin Simon and Associates (now Simon Property Group), the nation’s largest mall owner/operator.  Ms. Shadley is also experienced in financial systems of life insurance companies, having worked for Capitol Holding, a life insurance holding corporation.  She held the position of actuarial technician.  In this position, she computed monthly and quarterly actuarial statements and performed statistical research and analysis.  While at Capitol Holding, Ms. Shadley was promoted to financial systems specialist.
