REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Shadley has over 25 years of experience in environmental consulting, ranging from laboratory analysis to site remediation.  He began his career as a laboratory analyst at a major environmental/hazardous waste laboratory.  In addition to chemical analysis of water and waste, Mr. Shadley performed biological monitoring of effluents using Daphnia and fish, and conducted all field sampling for the laboratory.  Mr. Shadley has worked as an industrial hygienist, with experience in asbestos abatement, noise surveys and hazard communication programs.  As a construction manager, Mr. Shadley was responsible for environmental aspects of building design, construction and demolition on projects ranging from $500,000 to over $13,000,000 in construction cost.  Mr. Shadley has been involved in over 1,500 environmental investigations since 1983.  Mr. Shadley has also served as a technical expert and provided testimony in several legal cases.
